Miramar Business Center Building "A" 264,000 sf for IDI Certified LEED® Silver in November 2013

Miramar Business Center Building "A" is the first shell building by IDI Florida to receive LEED Silver certification through USGBC.

Woodland Corporate Center 100,000 sf for Liberty Property Trust Certified LEED® Gold in May 2009

In June 2006 HHC Architects designed the first speculative office building to achieve LEED Core and Shell certification in Tampa Florida . In 2008 the three story, 100,000sf project was awarded the "26th Annual Community Design Award - Green Buildings" from Hillsborough County Planning Commission and "Outstanding Office Building" from NAIOP.

Liberty Property Trust Office Earns LEED® Gold

In 2008 HHC Architects designed the office for Liberty Property Trust at Woodland Corporate Center. The 5,400 sf build-out earned LEED Gold for Commercial Interiors.

  Crossroads, green industrial building

HHC Architects Design Three Industrial Buildings for IDI to Achieve LEED® Certification

In 2007 and 2008 HHC Architects designed three speculative shell buildings, totalling 647,800 sf for IDI in Florida with intent to receive Silver Certification with U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®). Madison Building "D" in Tampa, Crossroads Building "A" in Fort Pierce, and Lake View Distribution center in Lake County. Construction is pending.

  Beachline, green industrial building

AIPO A and B, Beechline 1,2,3 Orlando Designed for LEED®

May 2006 HHC designs five speculative shell buildings totaling 411,700 sf for Liberty Property Trust in Orlando, Florida with intent to receive Silver Certification from USGBC's LEED. The design and construction were completed to LEED® requirements. No certification for "shell" building was possible at the time.

Legacy A and B, Tampa Florida Designed for LEED®

July 2007 HHC designs twin 40,400 sf speculative office buildings for Liberty Property Trust in Tampa Florida wit the intent to receive core and shell Gold Certification with USGBC's LEED. Expect to be completed and certified core and shell.

  Castle, sustainable landscape

Sustainable Landscape Design at Castle Supply – Brandon, Florida Facility

In 2004 HHC designed and implemented a sustainable landscaping design for the facility, meeting both the landscaping code and the clients desire for a low water use landscape plan. Utilizing native trees and grasses, along with other drought tolerant species, a seasonally interesting, drought resistant and colorful landscape was achieved.
